We urge all customers to inspect your package for damages and tampering before receiving and signing for receipt.

You will have the ability to see the estimated shipping cost for your order before your order has been completed. If for any reason, you believe that the shipping cost has been incorrectly calculated, please contact customerservice@portiajewelry.com

Current Promotion: Free standard shipping via USPS Priority Mail for US Only (3-5 business days estimated delivery) with $75 minimum order total (total before shipping and tax, where applicable)!

When will your order be processed?

To help you plan when to expect your order, you will receive an e-mail confirmation containing the status of your order, shipment method and estimated arrival date, as well as a tracking number from the shipping vendor you have chosen.

For most products, if you place your order before 3:00pm eastern standard time on a regular business day (Monday through Friday), your order will be processed and shipped the next business day. Products that take longer to process will have this noted on the details page for the item.

If you place your order on a holiday, Saturday or Sunday, or after 3:00pm eastern standard time on a regular business day, your order will be processed and shipped the following business day.

Hawaii, Alaska and U.S. Territories

For Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico and other locations outside of the mainland U.S. states, your destination and choice of shipping method will determine your arrival date. You will also receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number and estimated arrival date.

You will have the ability during the check out process to view your shipping costs before submitting your order. You can cancel the process at any time before submitting your order.

Shipping to an alternate address

Having your order shipped to an alternate address or not your billing address is acceptable. However, we require a signature upon receipt for expedited shipping methods. If your order is being delivered to an office building, apartment complex, hospital or any other such facilities, the carrier may accept the signatures of receptionists, employees, a mailroom or any other such personnel. We are not responsible for lost or stolen deliveries in these above cases. Do not forget that you have the ability to track through usps.com the signature of the person who signed for your package.

All orders shipped express will require a signature on delivery. These requirements are for your protection. You will receive a tracking number for your order when it has been shipped in a separate email following confirmation of your order, to better prepare you for receipt of your package. Delivery Details

Your order delivery method is solely determined based on your needs. A method of shipping via ground service is offered through U.S.P.S. All other methods of shipping are provided to you as an option to expedite your order; offered to you by U.S.P.S. real time rates. No handling charges are added and no profits are made by us for shipping!

We will do everything we can to ensure your package arrives in time. However, inclement weather has been known to cause delays in select cities. Typically these delays are only one business day.

For USPS Priority Shipments, your tracking number can only provide shipment confirmation and delivery confirmation.

-Delivery to every address in the United States including military addresses.
-Saturday and residential deliveries at no extra cost.

U.S.P.S. Express Mail (Starts at $16.25)

-Guaranteed next-day and second-day delivery nationwide.
-Next day delivery by noon or by 3:00 pm to many destinations.
-Delivery to most addresses in the United States - including military addresses.

Shipping Options- Canada
Please note that the shipping fees do not include charges imposed by your country's Custom Agency. The recipient is fully responsible for any additional fees such as tariffs and duties. They may occasionally do this, it is not known to happen routinely. Please call your country's customs office to learn more.
