Having your own jewelry party can be exceptionally fun. Not only can you earn extra income, but having a jewelry party is also a great way to get your family and friends together. And by having your family and friends bring their own guests, you will meet and connect with many people you would normally not get the opportunity to meet.

Unlike catalog-based home parties; our jewelry inventory changes frequently, allowing you to throw more parties and earn more money. During consumer testing, the same issue arose numerous times. Most people felt that, although they would love to get involved in "home parties"; what held them back was that they would only be able to invite a certain amount of family and friends and showing them the same catalog more than once, would not work out very well for them.

Without a catalog, you have the ability to show new pieces and throw parties more frequently.

Here's step by step what you need to know and can expect!

I.                     You must read all the information on this page as you will be required to agree to the terms and conditions of this page, when registering to become a Portia Party Host.

II.                    When you are ready, click on the "New Registration" link on the right side of this page or click on "Portia Party Registration" from the main menu. Here you will be required to answer a few basic questions about yourself.

III.                  As per Portia's discretion, you will receive a confirmation email informing you that you have been approved to become a Portia Party Host! You will receive your membership host ID number and will be given the "GO" to "Propose a Party".

IV.                  "Propose a Party" is a required step to throwing your Portia Jewelry Party. Here you will be able to submit all the information which will be included in your e-invitation. You MAY NOT schedule your Portia Party during a seasonal sale! We will notify you after you have submitted a proposed party if there will be any conflicts. Once approved you will receive a link to your e-invitation. This invitation will instruct your guests to visit PortiaJewelry.com, choose any item(s) they wish to purchase and to send this information to you along with their R.S.V.P. This invitation will also inform them that you will be able to save them shipping costs and sales tax! See a Sample *We recommend allowing 2-3 weeks before your anticipated party date for processing, shipping and for your own party planning time needed.

V.                   By the time your RSVP date has arrived, you should have plenty of "orders" from your anticipated guests. At this time, Portia will send you an email to remind you to prepare to submit your "Pre-Order". A list of item #'s (ex. Port00123) as well as quantity amounts and sizes, if applicable, must be submitted to customerservice@portiajewelry.com.  There is no minimum quantity for any item. However, you must choose enough to meet the minimum order amount of $300 before you qualify to receive the 40% off discount code. You MAY NOT choose items showcased in "PortiaSelects!"  PortiaSelects! is located on our main menu and includes a number of selected items that are on sale for a two week period.

VI.                  Once we have reviewed and approved your Pre-Order, we will send you the personalized and exclusive one-time code for you to use during the checkout process to receive 40% off, plus free standard shipping (US Only). You can then submit your order through PortiaJewelry.com and use the code during the checkout process. Portia Party orders can only be placed with the following payments: VISA/MasterCard Debit/Credit Cards & American Express Credit Cards.

VII.                You will receive an order confirmation and shipping confirmation with all shipping details to the e-mail address you have provided. Your order will ship within 2-3 business days.

VIII.               Your package will include the following:

                                                         i.            Your jewelry securely packaged.

                                                       ii.            Labels with Item #'s attached to each piece of jewelry for easy identification.

                                                      iii.            Portia's signature black chiffon pouches & fuchsia ribbons.

                                                     iv.            Velvet display cloth.

                                                       v.            Retail price list (enough copies for you & your guests) - The retail price list is MANDATORY for you to follow. You do not want your family and friends to visit PortiaJewelry.com and see that we are selling the same jewelry at a lower price!

                                                     vi.            Host Tracking Sheet- Allows you to track your orders and other pertinent information to keep you organized.

                                                    vii.            Promotional Host Cards- The promotional host cards allow you to write your contact information and host membership number to give out to your guests. Let your guests know that if they decide to throw their own jewelry party, they need to mention your name and host membership number, so that you can receive a commission!

You can earn 40% on each sale!

Every completed referral you send to PortiaJewelry.com earns you $20! A completed referral is one where an order has been placed by the person you have referred for a Portia Party only. Commission payouts are 30 days after a completed referral and are paid to you by company check only.

With every Portia Party you throw, you will earn a Portia Point! Portia Points will earn you free jewelry. One piece of free jewelry for each point earned! All free jewelry will be chosen by Portia Jewelry as a hidden surprise in every Portia Party order! Points earned will never expire and will stay with you as your status grows! You will see the amount of Portia Points you have earned under your account when logged in.

Item Exchanges

Purchases made for Portia Jewelry Parties can be exchanged only if the wrong item has been sent to you in error by PortiaJewelry.com. You must notify us within (1) one business day of shipment receipt of any such occurrence. All jewelry is hand inspected for any damages during processing and before shipping. Any exceptions will be determined on a case by case basis. 

Afraid you may not sell all the items you have purchased?

Simply use it for your next party or sell it at the discounted price to a friend who wants to have their own party! This benefits them to "test" things out before they commit to purchasing direct from PortiaJewelry.com! And when they do decide, you will receive yet another commission!
